Production process. Wax mould - shell making - dewaxing - melting - casting - de-shelling - sandblasting - cutting - polishing - pickling - CNC precision machining
Casting facilities: wax injection machine, electric furnace, heat treatment furnace, head cutting machine, shot blasting machine, sand blasting machine.
Machining facilities. CNC, CNC lathes, general purpose machines, linear cutting machines, CNC milling machines, polishing machines.
Heat treatment: normalising/quenching/tempering.
Testing Equipment: spectrometer, tensile tester, impact tester, hardness tester, CMM, PT.
