The casting techniques: Low-pressure casting, high-pressure casting, gravity casting process (gravity pouring process), sand casting, lost wax casting, investment casting, silica sol casting.
Production capability: 500-800 tons per month.
Machining: Turning, cutting, milling, grinding, drilling, reaming and threading.
Tolerance for machining: ±0.01mm
Equipment: CNC machining center, lathe, planer, drilling machine, tapping machine, line cutting, milling machine.
Surface treatment: heat treatment, polishing, plating, Shot blast, painting, power coating, anodizing, etc..
