A Please kindly send us the pictures and details, our after-sale team will find the solutions or reproduce them as soon as possible.

Q Can you provide samples before mass production?
A Sure, sample fee is needed, and be will be returned when order is confirmed.

Q How can we process the order?
A If you confirm the order, proforma invoice will be sent to you first. After receiving your deposit, we will arrange production at once and finish goods within 25-40days based on quantities.

Q Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
A No, we pay much attention to protect our customers' privacy of drawings, signing NDA is also accepted if need.

Q Is it possible to know how is my product going on without visiting your company?
A We will offer a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

A Yes, silk printing, pad printing, laser engraving, etching are CNC machining engraving are all available.

A Usually, samples need 7-10days, mass production takes 3-4weeks accordingly.
