Manufacturing Process

1.High-Pressure Die-Casting

2.CNC Machining

Secondary machining (milling, drilling, tapping, threading) ensures critical tolerances (±0.05mm) and perfect fitment for assembly.

3.Deburring & Polishing

Automated processes remove sharp edges and imperfections, ensuring smooth surfaces and safe handling.

4.Quality Control

In-process inspections (CMM, optical comparators) and final checks for dimensions, mechanical strength, and defect detection.
