Die casting is a metal casting process where molten metal (e.g., aluminum, zinc, magnesium, copper) is injected into a reusable steel mold (die) at speeds up to 100 m/s, producing near-net-shape parts with tight tolerances (±0.1mm). Post-processing options could also be supplied including machining, welding and surface treatment.

Silica sol investment casting (also called precision casting or lost-wax casting) is a high-accuracy metal-forming process that uses a silica sol-bonded ceramic shell to produce complex, near-net-shape parts with exceptional surface finish (Ra 1.6–6.3μm) and tight tolerances (±0.05/±0.2mm).It is ideal for products that are difficult to machine or die-cast in stainless steel, carbon steel and Aluminum, used in industries covering transportation, energy, medical, chemical, pump&valve, electric etc..
Stamping is a high-speed manufacturing process that uses dies to cut, bend, or form sheet metal into precise shapes under mechanical or hydraulic pressure. The process covers separation (blanking, punching) & forming (bending, deep drawing). Withe the tolerance ±0.05/±0.5mm, the production speed is up to 1,500 strokes/minute (small parts). It is usually used in industries like Automotive, electronics, appliances and energy with material low-carbon steel, stainless steel, Aluminum or copper alloys.
