Manufacturing Process Overview

1. Die-Casting
We utilize high-pressure die-casting (HPDC) with precision molds to manufacture parts that feature uniform wall thickness and intricate geometries.

2. CNC Machining
Secondary CNC operations—including milling, drilling, and threading—are applied to achieve high accuracy in critical dimensions such as screw holes and mounting surfaces.

3. Deburring & Polishing
Automated deburring and polishing processes are employed to eliminate sharp edges and ensure a smooth, refined finish.

4. Surface Treatment

Anodizing: Applied to aluminum components to improve surface hardness and corrosion resistance.

Powder Coating: Durable, heat-resistant coatings in a range of colors for enhanced aesthetics and protection.

Electroplating: Decorative finishes such as chrome or nickel plating for items like handles and knobs.

Brushing/Polishing: Used to deliver a premium stainless-steel-like appearance.

5. Quality Assurance

Each part undergoes rigorous inspection and testing, including:

Dimensional verification via CMM

Pressure tightness tests

Salt spray testing for corrosion resistance

Thermal resistance validation under high temperatures
