Surface Finishes

As-Cast/Shot Blasted: The standard finish, cleaned of residual shell material.

Grinding & Polishing: For a smooth surface finish (e.g., Ra 0.8μm) to reduce friction, improve cleanability, or for aesthetic purposes.

Pickling & Passivation: (For Stainless Steels) A chemical process that removes free iron and forms a protective oxide layer to maximize the natural corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

Electropolishing: A electrochemical process that provides a superior, micro-smooth surface with enhanced corrosion resistance and decontamination properties.

Sand Blasting: Creates a uniform matte or textured surface.
