Quality Control （QC） Steps: Ensuring Reliability at Every Stage

We implement a full-cycle QC system to eliminate defects and ensure every component meets agri-machinery industry standards. Our strict QC steps include:

1. Incoming Material Inspection

--Test raw materials （steel, aluminum, cast iron） for chemical composition using a spectrometer.

2. In-Process Inspection

--Machining Stage: Check dimensional accuracy using coordinate measuring machines （CMMs）, calipers, and gauges—ensuring parts fit with original machinery.

--Surface Treatment Stage: Conduct salt spray tests （up to 1000 hours） to verify corrosion resistance, and adhesion tests （cross-cut method） to ensure coating durability.

3. Final Inspection

--Assemble sample parts with matching agri-machinery components to test functionality and compatibility.

--Perform load and fatigue testing （simulating 10,000+ hours of field use） for critical parts like transmission gears.

--Issue QC reports with test data for each batch—providing transparency to customers.

4. Post-Delivery Quality Tracking
