--Optical Comparators / Vision Measuring Systems: For precise inspection of complex profiles like splines and threads.

2.Geometric Tolerance: Strict verification of concentricity, cylindricity, straightness, and perpendicularity as per drawing requirements (GD&T).

3.Surface Finish Analysis : Measurement of surface roughness (Ra) to ensure optimal performance and reduce wear.

4.Visual & Cosmetic Inspection : 100% inspection for scratches, burrs, or voids under controlled lighting.

5.Documentation : Full First Article Inspection (FAI) reports per AS9102 or PPAP standards are available to ensure part conformity before production.
