DIE CASTING

Die casting is a high-efficiency metal manufacturing process where molten metal is injected under high pressure into a precision steel mold (die). The metal rapidly cools and solidifies, producing complex, high-tolerance parts with excellent surface finishes.

Key Process Types:

Hot-chamber die casting: Best for low-melting-point metals (e.g., zinc, magnesium).

Cold-chamber die casting: Used for high-melting-point alloys (e.g., aluminum, copper).
