Core Processes

Stamping: We utilize high-performance presses and precision molds to perform punching, blanking, drawing, and forming on metal sheets. This process ensures high efficiency and excellent dimensional consistency, making it ideal for high-volume production.

Bending: Using CNC press brakes, we form stamped flat blanks into 3D structural parts by precisely controlling bend angles and depths. We are capable of complex multi-bend configurations, guaranteeing product accuracy and structural integrity.

Our supporting processes also include welding, riveting, screw assembly, and surface treatment (such as plating, powder coating, painting, anodizing, etc.), allowing us to deliver finished, ready-to-use assemblies.
